No Minimum Order
We have no minimum order requirements.
Back Orders
Due to the unique nature of our products, the fact that many are imported from overseas, and sales which may deplete the current stock, there may be occasions when some of our items are out of stock and/or back ordered. If an item is expected to arrive shortly in our warehouse, we may hold an order so that we may include the back-ordered item, otherwise your order is shipped as soon as possible and the back-ordered item is shipped to you under separate cover as soon as it arrives. If the item is not available from our suppliers, we remove the item from the website and refund you your payment for that item. Should the item become available in the future, it will again be posted on the website. All backordered items are mailed first class mail.

Privacy
We honor your privacy and will never sell or distribute your name to other mailers or e-mailers. We will on occasion email or mail you special offers from our company only.
Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders - no minimum purchase required. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority if over one pound. Orders received by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time are usually shipped the next business day - more time may be needed to fill orders during sales due to volume. This offer does not apply to International orders. Packages are not insured and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the mails.
Priority Mail: Although we ship Priority Mail if an order exceeds one pound, customers have the option of ensuring Priority shipping but shipping charges do apply.
Express: We can ship Express Mail via USPS. Express is a 1-2 day delivery but no guarantee of overnight delivery. UPS is available but it is quite expensive and there is NO GUARANTEE of overnight delivery from this location in Montana. If you do want shipping by UPS, please e-mail beads@beading-frenzy.com for additional charges. Again, orders are not processed and shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday do not ship until Monday.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders; however, orders paid by personal or business checks will be held for five business days.
COD's
We will send orders COD only with prior approval.
Other Information
- We are not responsible for typographical errors.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We are a 100% direct mail order company and have no sales showroom.
- Any letters, photographs, or products sent to Beading Frenzy become the property of Beading-Frenzy unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to publish any such material..
Returning Merchandise
We are happy to accept returns and there is no need to call or write for return authorization; however, no returns are accepted after thirty (30) days. No returns on special orders (beads not normally stocked or large volumes which require a special order to our vendors to complete). A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. Beading Frenzy is not responsible for postage on returned items. As soon as we receive the package and verify its contents, we will refund your purchase price. Handling fees and postage charges are not refundable. Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sales Tax:
Montana does not have a state sales tax, therefore, no sales tax is applied to orders.
Insurance:
We do not automatically insure your package. If you would like to insure it, please email us at beads@beading-frenzy.com so we can quote you the extra charge. If your package is not insured, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
International Orders:
We do ship to Canada and overseas. Please refer to shipping information.
Color Lots:
Occasionally the beads we receive from our vendors differ slightly in color. We do not mix lots if there is a difference, but be aware that you may
not be able to get an exact match if you order the same beads at a later date.
